We show up.
Appointments mean appointments. If we say a tech will be at your door at 9:00, that's when they'll be there — or you'll get a call long before.

HPC Mechanical carries forward nearly five decades of HVAC experience from Harry P. Carpenter & Sons. Same neighborhood, same penguin, same standard of workmanship — with a modern operation behind it.
HPC Mechanical is a Stamford-based HVAC contractor with two specialized divisions — residential and commercial — operating across Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Our leadership came up through commercial mechanical contracting and residential service, and we wanted to build a company that combined both: the responsiveness and care of a small residential outfit with the project management discipline of a serious commercial shop.
We're licensed and insured in Connecticut. Our technicians are full-time employees — not subs — and we run a clean shop with the equipment to handle anything from a single mini-split install to a multi-unit rooftop replacement.
That's the whole philosophy. It means we don't oversell equipment, we don't skip the load calc, we don't disappear after the install, and we don't quote prices we can't honor.
It also means we hire technicians who care about their work, train them constantly, and pay them like the professionals they are. That's how we keep good people, and that's why our customers keep calling us back.

Diagnostic-first calls. Clear scopes. Realistic schedules. We'd rather underpromise and finish early than the opposite.
Drop cloths, shoe covers, daily cleanup, and a finished site that looks better than we found it. Mechanical rooms included.
After the install, after the service call, after the season change. We want to know the equipment is performing — and we'll come back if it isn't.
Based in Stamford, we cover lower Fairfield County for both residential service and commercial projects.
